Silent Auction Donations
Innov8+ Fusion Gala is accepting silent auction donation items. Donations to HSU Educational Foundation are fully tax-deductible as allowed by law.
Please complete the form (link below) for each donation item, so we may correctly display and describe the auction item on your behalf.
You’ll be asked to provide the following:
- Name of Item or Service – A brief and enticing description
- Fair market value of the auction item
- A specific, complete description for the auction catalog (e.g., dimensions, age, color, number of rooms, ticket seat location, etc).
- Special conditions for use – Attach photos, brochures, menus, certificates or other relevant materials that make it easy for auction bidders to understand the value, and so that auction winners understand how to claim their item
- Expiration date – Please ensure expiration dates allow adequate time for use. Unless indicated otherwise, any offers will be valid for 1 year, until 2/15/2021.
